Gene Aucott

Gene Aucott is the Director of Operations for Brownstone Financial Services Group. He has extensive experience in risk management and loss mitigation, having worked 26 years at Liberty Mutual, 12 of which as the Mid Atlantic Regional Property Loss Manager. He has earned his Senior Claims Law Associate designation and a LEAN Green Belt in business process management. Gene specializes in developing end to end solutions for businesses seeking to improve quality and workflow and manage expenses.

Andrea Perrin

Andrea supervises Brownstone Pay Solutions’ day to day operations involving timecard management, payroll processing, tax filing and medical billing (IDC-10 codes). She has over 10 years of supervisory experience in collections, insurance and payroll. Her background, plus Lean Process Management skills are constantly in use to develop new and creative solutions to day to day payroll and tax challenges.

Sean E. Chipman

Sean E. Chipman is the Managing Member and Founder of Brownstone Financial Services Group, LLC. As the former Chief Operating Officer of SolarDock, Sean oversaw all aspects of the business while increasing the gross annual revenues from $1 million to $6 million in a nine- month period.

Before his tenure at SolarDock, Sean served as Chief Financial Officer of the McConnell Companies.  At McConnell, Sean managed the finances of a real estate portfolio valued at more than $600 million and administered more than $170 million in refinancing proceeds.

After attending the University of Utah’s David Rice Eccles School of Business, Sean spent three years in public accounting, servicing various clients throughout the Mid- Atlantic region.

Joe Kelly, CPA

Joe most recently worked with O’Neill Properties, where he served as Executive in Charge of the New England Division in the development of 1,200 waterfront resort housing units, 1,600 marina slips and the operation the Carnegie Abbey Club, a private sporting estate.  Additionally, he was an operating executive with an integral role in managing the construction and completion of a Philadelphia regional produce market with a construction cost of $225 million.

Prior to joining O’Neill Properties, Joe was a principal at Vesterra Corporation and Koller Kelly LLC, with both operating and financial responsibilities in the development and operation of approximately 2 million square feet of class “A” shopping centers and apartments.

Joe started his career at Price Waterhouse. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Villanova University.

Francis R. Altieri, CPA

Frank has more than 35 years of financial, tax and management experience in the following industries: real estate development, construction, financial management (both RIA’s and broker-dealers), food and service.
He is a results-driven team leader adept at problem-solving, defining solutions and implementing new processes and procedures.

Frank has a B.B.A. from Temple University with a major in accounting and a minor in finance.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Christina Halvorsen

Tina is the Office Manager of Brownstone Financial Services Group, LLC.

At Sikorsky Global Helicopters, Tina coordinated OSHA and FAA training requirements for approximately 1,000 employees and managed the document control process for all human resource policies and procedures.  During Tina’s time at Sikorsky, she was also the administrator for the following: Veterans GI Bill Program and all employees that qualified; garnishments, medical support notices, and subpoenas.

After graduating from Neumann University with a bachelor’s degree, Tina and partner started a multi-service landscape business, increasing client base threefold within one year and generating enough revenues to pay off major capital equipment investments.  Tina also formalized the accounting process through bookkeeping, payroll and billing completed on a weekly schedule.

John M. Travis

John M. Travis is vice president for business development at Brownstone Financial Services Group, LLC. He has 25 years of experience developing major accounts in the financial and pharmaceutical industries.

Travis was vice president of sales for Tarius Interactive, an international company based in Denmark. His responsibilities included managing the sales process, with a focus on quality control and quality assurance to large pharmaceutical companies in the northeast. He was previously manager for major accounts with Ceridian Corporation, one of the top payroll providers in the United States.

Travis earned a bachelor of science degree in business management from Saint Francis University.

Laurie Hoban

Laurie is an Director of Finance at Brownstone Financial Services Group, LLC.

Prior to working at Brownstone, Laurie spent 13 years at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. She was a member of the managerial staff in the retirement plans call center in Jacksonville, Florida, where she forecasted headcount needs and determined the department’s annual budget. From 2003-2012, she was a Senior Registered Client Associate in the Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management branch office in Wilmington, Delaware, where she supported a team of financial advisors and their high net worth clients.

Laurie holds a BA in English from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
